• Course 3 - Raspberry Stoplight Berliner Weisse - Summer greens-raspberry-blackberry-chevre-pinenut brittle-chipotle raspberry jello
• Course 4 - Barbarossa - Baby back ribs- Barbarossa BBQ-crispy grit cake-bread and butter pickled shallot-brown butter sesame crumble
